Our company was started in 2018 by experienced and complementary executives Adam Diamond and David Tetens. After working for The Walt Disney and Starwood Hotels for more than 15 years, Adam is now ADT Pizza, LLC’s CEO and CFO. His expertise is in brand growth, franchising, real estate, and operations.
Meanwhile, David had been in the beverage business for over 30 years before forming ADT Pizza with Adam. He also led the F&B business for all Starwood Hotels. He specializes in operations, rolling out new concepts or brands, and business turnarounds.

“I was working a full-time factory job and needed a second income, so I got a job PT working for Pizza Hut as a shift manager. As I continued to work, I began to love the people and when an opportunity came for me to promote to Assistant Manager, I took it.
I love the people I work with and the customer and community. At the end of the day, it is all about the people. I try to pour into my people. I have a positive attitude because that is what they expect and tell them to all have a great day and I genuinely mean it. I enjoy seeing how people grow and when they come back and update me on the success they’ve had. I also learn just as much from my people as they learn from me.
I am proud to work for Pizza Hut. To be able to say this is my Pizza Hut and be proud of what we’ve established in the community. I don’t think I would have ever envisioned running my own restaurant, meeting so many people and being such a big part of my community. Funny story one time a family came in and decided and told me they didn’t want McDonald’s they wanted to go to Reggie’s. It was overwhelming to hear that they consider this to be my Pizza Hut.
I’ve been fortunate to be where I am at. The crew, the community, the customer make it all worth while. I get to serve my community that I grew up in.”
“I was working in an office position that I didn’t care for the type of work. So, I went to go work at a full-service restaurant working 3rd shift, when I heard that Pizza Hut was hiring. I interviewed and was hired as a waitress.
I started as a waitress and within 6 months the opportunity to become a shift manager was available. Then I moved to Assistant Manager and rotated through several different locations of stores who didn’t have managers or needed help. The opportunity to become manager at the West Main St location became available and I took it and have been happy with my opportunities ever since.
My favorite part is being able to make my customers happy and run my business as though it was mine. I like to set goals for myself and achieve those goals. I want my team to be glad they came to work for me and help them on their journey through life.

When I started Art Gunther was our leader, he had a way of speaking to you to get you involved in what they wanted accomplished. I have gone through many changes with Pizza Hut and have grown to be a better person with many of those changes. I have had several talented leaders to help me grow along the way and fortunately a very strong team to help me accomplish my many goals.
